Island Images - The Isle of Man in Pictures

Returning down towards the village, this structure was the water wheelcase and later turbine house for Dumbel's Shaft at the mine.  The water wheel was 35ft in diameter and 4ft wide. It was supplied via an aquaduct across Glen Drink.
