Douglas Head.
Until the outbreak of WW2, it was possible to take a ferry across the harbour
from the town, ride the Funicular up to the Camera Obscura, maybe visit
some of the attractions on the headland before taking the DSET tram along
the Marine Drive to Port Soderick. Maybe returning by sea or the
Steam Railway.
