Looking through
the railing of the Marine Drive to where five ships were at anchor off
Douglas Head. Most of them would be waiting to pick up Pilots for the Port
of Liverpool, as the wind direction and strength would have made the more
regular locations (Liverpool Bar & Pt Lynas) untenable.
