Island Images - The Isle of Man in Pictures
Lhen Coan Station from outside the engine shed.  In 1982 an attempt was started by volunteers to revive the totally derelict railway. Amazingly by the end of 1983 the first public trains were run over the lower section, with the line officially opening to the headland in 1986 and the full length in 1992.  The new station roof was constructed in 1993.
