The junction
between Broadway and the promenades by the Villa Marina. On the left it's
Harris Promenade and on the right Central Promenade. Towards the
right is the 'temporary' terminus for the Horse Tramway, as government
seem to lack the will to complete restoration as agreed in Tynwald.
