Douglas Head
has an interesting history. Pre WW2 it was an area of entertainment's for
tourists, with an electric tramway down the Marine Drive to Port Soderick.
During WW2 a highly secret Royal Navy radar establishment, but nowadays
mostly just apartments, plus Manx Radio!
