The 'Lady Evelyn'
was originally installed at the Snaefell Mine, way up Laxey Glen, in 1865.
Sold off island in 1908 when the mine closed is was repatriated and reconstructed
at the old Laxey Mines washing floors, now public gardens, opening again
in 2006
