Island Images - The Isle of Man in Pictures

Part of an old water carrying lade in a field adjoining the reserve.  Two of these lades are shown on the old maps, starting from sluices higher on the Laxey River and feeding to a cistern above the Engine House at the Great Laxey Mine.
